Production and shipping times are clearly stated in our shops policies and on each item when ordering.
It is not the sellers responsibility if you have not ordered within an ample time frame.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm messages outside of these times will be replied to on the next business day
Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued for dislike of design or font choice once the order has been shipped/received.
All of my cake toppers are listed by font / style, if you require a proof before dispatch please add a note to seller on checkout, if this isn't requested a design proof will not be sent.
